Lawrence Wong to visit Brunei and Malaysia

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong(黄循财), who has been in office for nearly a month, will visit Brunei and Malaysia on Tuesday (June 11) for a two-day introductory visit.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Wong, who is also the Finance Minister, will embark on a series of introductory visits to the capitals of Southeast Asian countries, with the first two stops being Brunei and Malaysia.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong (颜金勇)will serve as Acting Prime Minister during Prime Minister Wong’s visit to Brunei and Malaysia.
